About Us
Shannon Smith-Crowley founded Partners In Advocacy in 2003 to specialize in medical and reproductive health advocacy.
Shannon has been a registered lobbyist in California since 1999. Before founding PIA, Shannon was Associate Director of Government Relations for the California Medical Association. She uses 20 years of prior experience in health care, primarily in health law and managed care contracting, and specialized education to bring to the table to develop legislative policy.
